CEO & Founder

The creative force and operational backbone behind Velocity1. With a multidisciplinary edge across design, communication, and strategic storytelling, she leads client relationships, pitch deck direction, and end-to-end delivery with precision. Her experience spans global brands, media, and startup ecosystems — including Shark Tank India, CLINK Communications, and the University of Surrey. Varshaa brings together sharp execution, creative thinking, and founder empathy to power every Velocity1 engagement.

Ravi Ranjan

Strategic Advisor

A globally recognized startup ecosystem builder with 15+ years of experience across entrepreneurship, venture capital, public policy, and global innovation networks. Ravi has trained over 200,000 entrepreneurs, 20,000 academicians, and 2,000 government officials, and has spoken at 2,000+ national and international events.

He has led ecosystem initiatives with incubators, accelerators, angel networks, VC funds, LP communities, and royal capital offices. Ravi has played key roles at Shark Tank India, Indian Angel Network, NASSCOM 10,000 Startups, and the UAE’s Yasha Global Fund, while mentoring 50+ incubators across India.

As a policy contributor with NASSCOM, the Government of India, and 6 state governments, he has helped shape the innovation economy. Ravi has also designed several capital matchmaking summits, connecting startups with angels, VCs, and LPs in exclusive closed-door formats.
